
Last April 1 (Thursday), the D-STEM team and the Royal College of Art's (RCA) Laura Salisbury and Clair Miller came together to review the ideas of AD&FD POHL Leung Sing Tak College students, Over the past few weeks, students were tasked to ideate solutions to real-world challenges via the Discover and Define stages of the workshop, which they presented to the D-STEM team and the RCA tutors.
A wide array of ideas were presented from AI-enabled pencil cases that suggest to students what they need during testing hours, to a AI-enabled stove that helps users remember to turn of their stoves. The D-STEM team and the RCA tutors were impressed by the ideas presented, and the eloquence by which the students presented them.
